Treasury is now accepting the Project and Expenditure Reports for SLFRF recipients through Treasury’s Portal. The guidance provides additional detail and clarification for each recipient’s compliance and reporting responsibilities, and should be read in concert with the Award Terms and Conditions, the authorizing statute, the final rule, and other regulatory and statutory requirements. Treasury released the updated Compliance and Reporting Guidance for the SLFRF Program (last updated June 12, 2023).
RECIPIENT COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING GUIDANCE The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program, a part of the American Rescue Plan, delivers $350 billion to state, local, and Tribal governments across the country to support their response to and recovery from the COVID-19 public health emergency.
